1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the WhatsApp Auto Messaging app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the application.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of the application (“Developer”).

2. Description of the Service

WhatsApp Auto Messaging is a tool designed to help users automate WhatsApp messaging workflows.

The application provides features including but not limited to:

• Sending personalized WhatsApp messages to multiple recipients
• Scheduling WhatsApp messages
• Creating message sequences with configurable delays
• Trigger-based message automation connected to Google Sheets

The app is provided as a software tool and does not guarantee message delivery or performance of any third-party services.

3. Third-Party Services

This application integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• WhatsApp API providers
• Google Sheets / Google services

Use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.

The Developer is not responsible for the functionality, availability, policies, or actions of these third-party services.

4. WhatsApp API Costs

Use of this application requires connection to a WhatsApp API provider.

Any fees required to use the WhatsApp API are:

• paid directly by the user
• paid to the WhatsApp API provider
• not billed through this application

The Developer does not collect, manage, or process payments related to WhatsApp API services.

5. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of WhatsApp messaging complies with:

• WhatsApp terms of service
• WhatsApp business policies
• anti-spam regulations
• applicable local laws and regulations

The application must not be used for spam, harassment, or illegal messaging activities.

6. No Responsibility for WhatsApp Account Restrictions

The Developer takes no responsibility for any limitations, suspensions, or permanent bans applied to a user's WhatsApp account or phone number.

This includes but is not limited to situations where WhatsApp may:

• block a phone number
• suspend an account
• restrict messaging capabilities

Users assume full responsibility for how they use the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Developer makes no guarantees regarding:

• uninterrupted service
• message delivery success
• compatibility with external services
• data availability or accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

• loss of business
• loss of data
• service interruptions
• indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.

8. Changes to the Service

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the application or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the application if it is used in violation of these terms or in ways that may harm the service, other users, or third-party platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
